Yes! We ship all over the world. Shipping costs outside of the United States are auto calculated by our external shipping partners based on delivery destination. All available options will be visible at checkout.

Delivery times vary. We dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days Monday-Friday. Shipment times
depend on the shipping carriers and option chosen at check out. Regular standard delivery takes 4-6 business days and express delivery takes 2-3 business days on average. Please note this may vary over sale or holiday periods so please plan accordingly.

TANWAA does Preordering on specific items to ensure we produce enough inventory to satisfy demand. Preordering secures your size on the spot. When stock is received at the time specified on the product description, orders will be dispatched to customers who have placed a preorder. Pre-order items might not be made available to other customers who did not purchase ahead of time.

Yes! You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your package has been shipped. This email will contain your tracking number and link. We will also send out a delivery confirmation email once your order has been delivered to your shipping address.

TANWAA currently does not offer shipments on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. You might have to pay additional fees when your order arrives in your country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. TANWAA has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We advice that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.

Absolutely! We are sorry you are unhappy with your order. You are eligible to initiate a return of
your product within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. You may choose to return the item for a refund or store credit.
